Syrian groups across the UK issued a condemning statement on 29 April addressed to the UK Government for failing to take any action in the face of continuous violations that continue to be perpetrated in Syria by the Assad regime. We called on the UK to take action to enforce UN resolutions and to conduct air drops of food upon besieged areas.
Syrian and global NGOs issued quotes on 29 April on the recent escalation of violence in Syria, most particularly in Aleppo, by the Assad regime. Our reaction to this escalation is the following:

In light of the failure of the Syria peace talks (yet again) and the Assad regime's continuous violation of the ceasefire agreement, Syrian groups in the UK published a statement on 27 April calling on the international community to 'put civilian protection at the heart of its Syrian policy'.
