Rethink Rebuild Society co-facilitated a workshop on Syria as part of Amnesty UK's North West Regional Conference held in Blackburn on Saturday, 2 March 2019.
Dr Haytham Alhamwi, RR's Managing Director, gave a speech at Amnesty UK’s Human Rights Day event at Speaker's House in Parliament on 9 December 2015.
Dr Alhamwi talked about the work of Amnesty through his experience as a political prisoner in Syria and as a relative of many prisoners of conscience.
