We attended a training course on managing volunteers organised by Greater Manchester Centre for Voluntary Organisation on 15 March. The training course went through the role of volunteer management and discussed some of the ways that organisations can motivate their volunteers. Looking forward to using the information we gained from this course to make the experience of our volunteers more rewarding!
