On the 2nd and the 3rd of December 2017, RR development coordinator Amaf Yousef participated in the Civil Society Stocktaking and Strategy Meeting amidst the preparations of the UN consultations for Global Compact for Migration (GCM) in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
Representing Rethink Rebuild Society and Network For Refugee Voices, Amaf shared our intake on GCR and GCM processes and how GCM can address the overlap between the issues of migration and refuge.
Invited by ICMC/MADE network, he met with civil society representatives from all over the world, discussing our international and regional challenges, sharing our experience in the refugee context and learning from their experiences and strategies.
