We were part of the Syrian civil society representatives who went to Geneva to make clear that all parties to the conflict attending the new round of peace talks must prioritise the needs of Syrians inside Syria. We joined Syrian civil society organisations to call for the independent monitoring of any ceasefire agreement negotiated for Syria in the Geneva peace process and for this to be supplemented by credible enforcement mechanisms.
