Rethink Rebuild Society issued two press releases in the run-up to the Fast-a-thon which will take place on 1 July. During the Fast-a-thon, people will do a sponsored fast to raise awareness on besieged areas in Syria. Participants will be invited for a free dinner of breaking the fast. In Manchester this will be in the RR office, in London it will be in front of 10 Downing Street.
We are pleased that Fast-a-thon participants include Jeff Smith MP, Lucy Powell MP, Angela Raynold MP, John Pugh MP, Andy Burnham MP, and Greater Manchester Police and Crime Commissioner Tony Lloyd.
