البرلمان البريطاني سوف يصوت يوم الأربعاء على انضمام بريطاني للتحالف الامريكي لضرب داعش في سوريا، وللأسف لم يتطرق أحد لإجرام الاسد. نريد تفاعلكم معنا بسرعة حتى نقنع البرلمان ان أي خطة جديدة يجب ان تتضمن حماية المدنيين في سوريا كأولوية وهدف اساسي. نرجو منكم جميعاً مراسلة عضو البرلمان في منطقتكم باتباع الخطوات التالية:

As your constituent, I am asking you to vote AGAINST the proposed vote in Parliament to join the US-led Coalition against ISIL.
Limited airstrikes against ISIS alone is not a long-term, sustainable solution, nor does it address the root causes of extremism or the refugee crisis:
***The US-led coalition has been bombing ISIL targets for over a year with limited results. There is no convincing argument that demonstrates the UK's military involvement will change this.
***Launching attacks on ISIL will fan the flames of terrorism and radicalisation by further endangering and alienating the civilian population. It will legitimise ISIL in the eyes of those who mistakenly believe that they are being unjustly targeted, without steps to protect civilians.
***The Assad regime’s brutality is the root cause of the conflict in Syria, and its aerial bombardments the primary driver of the refugee crisis. Without addressing Assad’s role in this equation, UK national interests against terrorism cannot be secured. Without first addressing Assad’s role in the conflict, we cannot effectively defeat ISIL.
For these reasons, any UK military action in Syria must be part of a comprehensive approach, centred upon civilian protection, which addresses the humanitarian and refugee crises alongside the threat of extremism. To achieve this, we need a policy which addresses the root cause of the conflict, chaos, and extremism and in Syria - namely, the Assad regime's indiscriminate use of force.
