RR attended on Monday 6th July a memorial service in the Manchester Cathedral for the Srebrenica genocide of 1995. The service was a collaborative effort between Remembering Srebrenica charity, faith-based organisations, and Greater Manchester Police. A reflection upon the events that occurred in Bosnia is crucial in today's climate, whereby the mass atrocity situation in Syria faces similar international paralysis and will be remembered as a glaring failure of the international community.
