On Friday 29th August, Rethink Rebuild Society hosted an important discussion aimed to address the recent violence in As-Suwayda and its wider impact on Syria, focusing on how Syrians, both within the country and abroad, can contribute to healing the national divisions exacerbated by these events.
The gathering provided a much-needed opportunity for Syrians to come together, reflect on the wounds of the past, and consider how they can move forward in healing the nation. The goal was not only to engage in dialogue but also to take the first steps toward mending the divisions that continue to affect Syria and its people.
