On Thursday 8th May, Rethink Rebuild Society hosted a moving seminar on the recent events in Syria at the end of 2024 and their impact on Syrians and the wider region.
Attendees heard first-hand accounts from Syrians in Manchester who recently visited Syria, reflecting on the most significant period in the country’s modern history. They shared powerful insights into the challenges facing people on the ground, their hopes for the future, and the fears that still linger.
