On Friday 17th January, Rethink Rebuild Society hosted another engaging event in Arabic, marking the beginning of a new series focused on the Education Sector—a topic that has garnered much interest from our community.
We had the privilege of welcoming Mr. Qutaiba Khalil, who delivered an insightful presentation on the current state of the education sector, its challenges, and the strategies for its reconstruction and reform. His expertise sparked thought-provoking discussions on the urgent need for change and the potential paths forward.
Following Mr. Khalil's presentation, we facilitated focused discussion sessions, where participants explored the types of support needed and how to lay the groundwork for future initiatives. These discussions were aimed at identifying actionable steps to improve the sector and involved a diverse group of attendees.
Mr. Qutaiba Khalil, an experienced education specialist, shared his wealth of knowledge, drawing from his 14 years of experience in managing educational programs and providing consultancy to both international and local organizations. His academic background, including a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and a Bachelor’s in Arabic Literature, added depth to the conversation.
We look forward to continuing this important conversation and seeing the positive impact of these discussions in the months to come.
