On Wednesday 27th November, Rethink Rebuild Society attended the Macc AGM 2024, which was held alongside a fantastic "Get Together" event. This gathering was specifically designed for members of the Voluntary, Community, and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector in Manchester, and it was a truly insightful and rewarding experience.
The event provided a great platform to meet the Macc team and connect with colleagues from across the sector. We found it to be an excellent opportunity for networking and collaboration, allowing us all to share our perspectives and discuss the future of the VCSE sector as we look ahead to 2025. The open, welcoming atmosphere made it easy to engage with others who are passionate about making a difference in our community.
The AGM discussions covered important topics that will impact the direction of the sector in the coming year, and it felt empowering to have a voice in these key decisions.
Overall, attending the Macc AGM 2024 was a highly valuable experience. It gave us the chance to reflect on the progress we’ve made and to contribute ideas and feedback for how we can continue to strengthen the VCSE sector in Manchester. We look forward to future events like this, where we can come together, collaborate, and make a positive impact on our communities.
