On Sunday 12 February 2023, we hosted an awareness session on hate crime in our center. The session was presented by our very own Dr Hammood Obaid and was given in Arabic. Dr Obaid stressed the importance of recognising and reporting hate crime. After the session, the floor was open for Q&A and the attendees added their input on their experiences.
The audience receive a bag with pen and a guidance leaflet in Arabic and English about reporting hate crimes.
