Working with Rethink Rebuild Society's professional artists, four refugee artists will lead free, interactive workshops with members of the refugee and asylum seeker community. Unlocking and showcasing the skills and potential of the local refugee community, the exciting new work you create will be exhibited in The Container Project and at Manchester Museum.

Photography: Friday 7 October (10.30am - 12.30pm OR 2.30pm - 4.30pm)
Work with professional artist, filmmaker and photographer Mat Norman and recently arrived artists Ghalb Qassab and Farah Alfarhan to learn new photography skills and capture your own, exciting images. Your photographs could be exhibited at Manchester Museum or as part of the Container project! If you have access to a camera or camera phone, please bring it along.
Film Making: Wednesday 12 October (10.30am - 12.30pm OR 2.30pm - 4.30pm)
Make a film using only your mobile phone! Producer Samina Ali and newly arrived artists Mais Hboos and Jamal Hassan will introduce you to film making techniques to help turn your ideas into reality! Please bring along a camera phone.
