Annual Camping Trip
(Open to Syrians across the UK)
Rethink Rebuild Society is pleased to announce its annual camping trip for men and their children.
Location: Wrekin Forest, Kynnersley, TF6 6FQ
Dates: Friday 19 June – Sunday 21 June (Two nights, three days)
During the trip, participants will experience camping in the open, sleeping in tents, cooking food, and enjoying several activities in a beautiful natural setting near Birmingham.
Features of the campsite:
A private site exclusively for us and our children
Some ready-made tents and caravans will likely be allocated for children
Fire pits and smokeless firewood available
3 hours of archery training for children
Large space for football, plus table tennis and tree swings
Covered areas suitable for relaxing, reading, chess, and a large tent for watching World Cup matches
Cost: £90 for males over 18 years old
£40 for children (boys and girls)
A discount of 10% will be given to families who donate monthly to the Syrian Community Centre.
The fee covers campsite entry, tent hire, food and drink, and archery training. Each person is responsible for their own transport, bedding, and sleeping bag.
Arrival & Departure:
Arrival on Friday from 12:00 PM
Departure on Sunday at 12:00 PM
Food Included:
* Friday: Lunch and dinner
* Saturday: Three meals
* Sunday: Breakfast
Transport:
Each person is responsible for their own transport. Car sharing is encouraged to reduce travel costs.

Registration closes on Friday 12 June or when spaces are full. No bookings will be accepted after that date.

Important Notes:
* A full packing list and trip programme will be shared after registration
* Fathers are responsible for the safety and behaviour of their children during the trip
* You may bring your own tent if preferred (price remains the same)
* Spaces are limited and priority will be given to early registrations
