Chemistry Education for Refugee Students!

Chemistry Education for Refugee Students – Workshop Registration
Chemistry education workshops are organized by Dr. Abdullatif Alfutimie, funded by the Chemists’ Community Fund (Royal Society of Chemistry), and hosted by the University of Manchester in collaboration with Rethink Rebuild Society.

Who can participate?
Children aged 9 to 14 from refugee backgrounds who are interested in exploring chemistry through hands-on activities and experiments.

The children will have a tour around the MECD after each workshop session.
Chemical kits and certificates of attendance will also be distributed to the children during the community celebration day.
Further information will be sent to you after registration closes on the 1st of May.
These interactive workshops aim to spark curiosity, foster a love for science, and provide an engaging learning experience for refugee children. The sessions will be led by expert educators in a supportive and fun environment.
