RR

Syria, the forgotten bright face!

Although the last three months witnessed only few activities, our team have been busy preparing for the third run of our festival 'Celebrating Syria’. The success of the festival in the last two years, left us no choice but to repeat it this year. The festival will be running in November and will include music concerts, film screenings, performances, exhibitions and more. The aim is to show the brilliant side of Syrian culture to the world.

In addition to continuing its important refugee support programme, RR will also be focusing next year on delivering various IT training workshops to refugees and asylum seekers to help them deal with computers and smart phones, since most services, applications and even shopping are happening online nowadays. These workshops will be advertised on our website and Facebook page in time so please stay tuned for more details.

Best regards,

Haytham Alhamwi
