On Saturday 27 April 2024, our centre had the pleasure of hosting a screening of "Freedom to Run," accompanied by a thought-provoking Q&A session with the filmmakers. This captivating film chronicles the journeys of two distinct groups of runners: one hailing from Right to Movement in Palestine, and the other from Scotland. As they traverse the landscapes of both the Palestine and Edinburgh Marathons, these runners forge unexpected bonds, revealing the similarities and stark differences in their lives.
We were delighted to see such a fantastic turnout for the screening, and the ensuing discussion proved to be engaging and enriching. It was truly inspiring to witness the connections formed and the profound insights shared throughout the event. Thank you to everyone who joined us for this meaningful experience.
